This was our first Christmas together as a married couple. I spent Christmas with his family last year too, but this one we had our own place to get to decorate and stuff! It was so fun! We got our tree and lights and ornaments and candy canes. Putting up and decorating the tree is my favorite thing to do for Christmas. So Tyler patiently handed me each and every ornament and let me decorate it. :) My grandma gave me a Precious Moments Nativity Scene last year and I was so excited to have it to put under the tree! We also got stockings! That was fun. In my family all of our stocking stuffers get individually wrapped, that was a new tradition to Tyler. We had to take our tree down before Christmas though because we moved out and into a new apartment on the 26th. We left on the 23rd to visit family in Boise. We had QUITE and eventful weekend! We made red and green pancakes. My mother-in-law got engaged! And we announced my pregnancy to his family. It was a very memorable Christmas! Hard to think that by Christmas this year we will have a little one with us for the ride!
